Most items are despatched within 2-3 days of the order being placed.
If you require delivery
of your order sooner
either note the delivery date required on the online order form (under
special delivery instructions) or phone us on 0845 370 7262 - and we will do our best
to help. There is a section in the online order form where you can enter
the date a gift is required by to ensure that we send it out in good time.
We deliver
to addresses within the UK and the following European destinations:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Estonia,

For the UK we offer two levels of delivery service - first class post or a next
'working' day delivery service (ie. parcels sent out Monday to Friday will
arrive the next working day - ie. not Saturday or Sunday).
You need to select the delivery service which you prefer.

courier service depending on the weight of the total order. The

will fall within the middle delivery band - airmail delivery upto
